To receive money from your sales, you need to connect your Stripe account. Stripe handles the secure processing of payments and sends your earnings to your bank account.

Steps

  1. Go to Connect Stripe.
  2. You will be redirected to Stripe. Fill in the required data: legal name, address, ID document, and bank details.
  3. Stripe verifies your information (usually it takes minutes; up to 24 hours in some cases).
  4. Once verified, you will return to Crafterss with your account active.

What happens with sales made before connecting Stripe?

Your earnings accumulate in a pending balance. When you connect Stripe, we automatically transfer everything accumulated to your new account.

When do I receive my money?

After each sale, the net amount (minus Crafterss commission) is transferred automatically to your Stripe balance. Stripe deposits it to your bank according to the cycle you configure (daily, weekly, or monthly).
